Role Description As a Transport Technology Consultant at NeOffice, you will work closely with transport managers and workplace operations teams to implement and optimize NeOffice’s transport solutions for enterprise clients. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing client transport workflows, gathering requirements, configuring and deploying transport modules, and providing ongoing technical guidance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze transport data, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and user experience. The role also involves training client stakeholders, documenting processes, and contributing to best practices for scalable transport operations.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs and translate them into effective transport technology solutions.
- Solid Information Technology knowledge to work with enterprise systems, integrations, and platform configurations.




- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret transport data, identify patterns, and propose actionable improvements.
- Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user guidance for software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with workplace or transport management systems, SaaS products, or enterprise software implementations is an advantage.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, technology, and leadership teams.

Candidate must have worked in the area of Employee transport in BPO/Call Centre/IT Companies either for the organisation or from 3rd Party Service Providers or Vehicle Service Providers Must have hands on experience in Shift Management, Vehicle Routing and Vehicle Operations for BPOs/Call Centres

Valuable knowledge of routing processes for Employees in BPO/IT/ Call Centres

Experience in working with a transport automation tool or working in transport teams that use automation tool.

Excellent competency in MS Excel is compulsory

Should have good communication skills in English

Verbal - Multi lingual fluency is an advantage The role of the Transport Technology Consultant is as follows:

Work in Implementation of the NEOFFICE Commute Solution at the client sites

Support our clients in their operations in terms of optimisation and in assisting in usage of the automation solution

Visit clients to ensure that the solution is used as per design and in an effective manner

Work with our customers to ensure maximum value is delivered to our clients from usage of the solution
