- 15+ years experience in finance shared services, transitions, or program management, or relevant experience in Finance processes working with either a leading Business Process focused organization or captive centers in Finance Operations.
- Minimum span of control of 200+ FTE resources
- Experience in driving Ops Innovation/ Transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP and related ancillary systems and functionality
- Proven track record leading large, complex transitions (preferably in a global environment).
- Solid knowledge of finance processes (Order to cash, procure to pay, AP, AR, GL, FP&A;, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) from an accredited university
