We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant phone manner, good convincing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and address their queries.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements & Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
