Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Maintain daily communication and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned performance targets.
- Provide professional customer assistance.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Own a Windows computer and headset.
- Stable internet connection and reliable electricity supply.
- Quiet working environment.
- Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
Working Schedule
- 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
- Weekly Off: Sunday
