Tele Sales Executive – Healthcare

Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team at Doctar Connect Worldwide Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Doctar.in healthcare services, connecting with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals, and converting potential leads into business opportunities.

The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our healthcare platform and subscription plans, generating leads, following up with prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote Doctar.in services, doctor listing plans, and premium subscription packages.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans to potential customers.
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with interested doctors and healthcare providers.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead records,



and sales follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply).
- Salary: As per company standards and experience.
- Skills: Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Language: Hindi and basic English.
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
- Shift: Day Shift.
- Office Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Job Type: Full-Time.
