Salary and Benefits
- CTC: ₹24,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹20,000, based on performance
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and convert inquiries into successful bookings and sales.
- Assist customers with booking-related queries and provide accurate information about services.
- Address customer concerns, resolve queries, and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, BPO, call centre, or customer support.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and customer objections.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Working Hours
- 9-hour rotational shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 midnight.
- Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends and festivals as required.

- This is a work-from-office position at Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
