Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries.

Respond to incoming calls and provide information about school admissions.

Explain the school's facilities, curriculum, activities, and admission process to parents.

Follow up with interested parents and schedule school visits.

Maintain and regularly update enquiry records and lead databases.

Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams.

Build positive relationships with parents through effective communication.

Requirements





Preferably female candidates.

Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

Pleasant personality with a positive and professional attitude.

Valuable convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
