- Outbound &
- Inbound Calling:

Make calls to lead lists or answer incoming inquiries following company scripts.

- Lead Generation &

- Sales:

Explain product or service features, pitch offerings, handle objections, and book appointments or close sales.

- Customer Support: Address complaints, answer product questions, and guide users through online steps or payments.

- Data Management: Update customer details, call logs, and feedback in a CRM system or Excel sheet.

- Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly call counts, lead quotas, and conversion goals.

- Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma (10th/12th pass) or a bachelor's degree; entry-level roles often hire freshers.

- Communication: Clear, polite, and confident verbal communication with active listening skills.

Ability to handle rejection calmly and stay polite under pressure.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing ability, and familiarity with CRM software
