About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Caller to support our Overseas Recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with candidates, explaining overseas job opportunities, screening profiles, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure successful candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.

Explain job requirements, benefits, and recruitment procedures.

Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and job requirements.

Maintain and update candidate databases and call records.

Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews.





Coordinate with recruiters and recruitment teams for candidate submissions.

Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups.

Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
