Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.

- Explain the centre's IVF, fertility, and pregnancy-related services.

- Follow up with prospective patients and enquiries.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

- Maintain patient enquiry records and follow-up details.

- Provide accurate information and respond to basic patient queries.

- Coordinate with the front office and hospital team.

- Maintain a polite, professional, and patient-friendly approach.

- Follow up with patients through calls and WhatsApp.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Any Degree

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.

- Ability to communicate confidently with patients.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

- Positive listening and convincing skills.
