What You’ll Do:

- Handle international enquiries for equipment and spares, working under the Manager – Exports
- Understand customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial offers
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (engineering, projects, production)
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and customer feedback to support order conversion
- Prepare and maintain sales MIS, including the enquiry tracker, offer status, and order pipeline
- Participate in client calls, virtual meetings, and sales discussions
- Coordinate order execution and documentation with internal teams

Who We’re Looking For:

- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in international sales, technical sales,



or techno-commercial roles
- Technically sound, with the ability to understand drawings and specifications
- Positive command of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with paper, pulp, or process machinery, or with international customers and channel partners, is preferred
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused
