Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python QA Automation Engineer to support automation and regression testing activities for our Markets platform.

The candidate will work closely with QA, development, and business teams to automate regression test scenarios, validate releases, build and enhance automation frameworks, and ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of the trading platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks, SQL/database testing, and a valuable understanding of capital markets, investment banking, or payments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
2. Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.
3. Execute and support functional, integration, and regression testing cycles.
4. Automate regression scenarios for the Markets/trading platform.
5. Perform release validation and support QA testing activities.
6. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers,



and QA teams to understand requirements and define test coverage.
7. Perform SQL queries and database validation to ensure data accuracy.
8. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
9. Maintain and enhance automated regression test suites.
10. Identify, debug, and troubleshoot application and automation failures.
11. Ensure quality, reliability, and stability across application releases.
12. Manage testing activities independently and provide regular testing updates to stakeholders.

Experience Required

- 4–5 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Python automation experience.
- Experience in banking, capital markets, investment banking or payments domain.
