Technical Project Manager
Agentic AI and Generative AI

About The Role
Pranathi Software Services is seeking a technically strong Project Manager to lead delivery of our Agentic AI, Generative AI, and SaaS products. You will work with product owners, solution architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to turn requirements into reliable production releases.
The role also owns product presentations and demonstrations, and provides marketing and sales teams with clear, accurate information about product capabilities, customer benefits, use cases, and new releases.

- Talent Scan for recruitment screening; and AI capabilities across CRM, HRMS, payroll, and marketing applications.
Required Qualifications
- 10–14 years of overall software engineering and technology delivery experience, including at least 4 years managing cross-functional software projects.
- Previous experience as a developer, technical lead, or engineer with substantial implementation exposure.
- Demonstrated delivery of AI, GenAI, automation, or technically complex SaaS projects, with practical understanding of AI delivery and evaluation.
- Working understanding of LLM applications, agent workflows, RAG, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Technical understanding of Python services, web applications, REST APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Agile delivery and Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Strong estimation, capacity planning, dependency management, risk management, and release coordination skills.
- Strong presentation, product storytelling, and live demonstration skills.
- Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations, product briefs, demo scripts, and clear documentation.
- Ability to explain Agentic AI and Generative AI products to nontechnical audiences and work closely with marketing and sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
- Production AI agents, coding automation, conversational AI, or enterprise workflow products.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, or comparable AI technologies.
- CRM, HRMS, ATS, recruitment, or marketing platforms.
- Voice AI, speech recognition, speech synthesis, and real-time application integrations.
- Product launches, sales enablement, customer demonstrations, and coordination of distributed teams.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or equivalent certification.

- Predictable releases against agreed scope and milestones, with early identification of delivery risks.
- Transparent accountability across engineering teams, fewer production defects, and faster issue resolution.
- AI features that meet agreed quality, performance, and cost targets.

Project Planning and Delivery
- Own delivery from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-release stabilization.
- Translate requirements into milestones, user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery schedules, and clearly assigned responsibilities.
- Define scope, capacity, dependencies, risks, and release commitments with product owners and engineering leads.
- Manage multiple workstreams, validate estimates, track progress, and address delays with practical recovery plans.
- Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines, costs, resources, and release priorities.
- Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily coordination, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
AI Product Delivery and Technical Coordination
- Coordinate AI engineers, Python and frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and integration teams.
- Manage delivery involving LLMs, agents, multi-agent workflows, RAG, conversational AI, and business automation.
- Partner with the Solutions Architect on feasibility, implementation sequencing, and technical dependencies.
- Plan model integrations, application development, data preparation, evaluation, and deployment.
- Define measurable acceptance criteria for response quality, task completion, latency, reliability, and usage cost.
- Track model provider, API, customer integration, and infrastructure dependencies; resolve blockers and escalate with recommended actions.
Product Presentations and Marketing Coordination
- Develop a thorough understanding of each product’s capabilities, target customers, use cases, and business value.
- Prepare professional product presentations, feature overviews, use case decks, release summaries, and product briefs for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical capabilities in clear business language.
- Provide marketing with accurate product information for website content, brochures, campaigns, videos, and social media.
- Translate technical features into customer benefits, practical examples, and substantiated product differentiators.
- Coordinate with product owners and leadership to confirm positioning, priorities, and approved product claims.
- Prepare demo flows, scripts, sample scenarios, and supporting materials for launches, sales meetings, webinars, and events.
- Brief marketing and sales teams on new features, product changes, limitations, and upcoming releases.
- Review product-related marketing materials for technical accuracy before publication.
- Gather feedback from marketing, sales, and customer demonstrations and convert it into actionable product requirements.
Quality and Release Management
- Ensure functional, integration, regression, performance, and relevant security testing are completed.
- Coordinate AI evaluation covering tool execution, workflow recovery, human approvals, escalation, and failure scenarios.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with product owners and business stakeholders.
- Lead release readiness reviews, rollout planning, rollback preparation, and production handover.
- Track defects, production incidents, and corrective actions through resolution.
- Include documentation, monitoring, support readiness, and release notes in delivery plans.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide concise status reports covering progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
- Maintain project plans, risk registers, decision logs, and release documentation.
- Communicate technical issues in business terms and obtain timely decisions.
