- Blueprint Review: Examining structural drawings and engineering designs to recommend the precise grade (e.g., Fe 500, Fe 550D, Fe 600) and diameter of TMT bars required.
- Storage & Handling Guidance: Advising site supervisors on how to properly store rebars to prevent corrosion, rust, and structural degradation before use.
1. Customer & Influencer Engagement (B2B Support)
- Influencer Relations: Building technical rapport with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and civil contractors.
- Technical Workshops: Conducting awareness programs and "Masons' Meets" to educate site workers on optimal steel-cutting, bending, and tying practices.
- Addressing Grievances: Investigating on-site technical complaints (e.g., bars snapping during fabrication) and providing root-cause analysis reports back to the plant.
1. Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement
- Project Approvals:
Securing technical approval for the companys product from government bodies (like PWD, NHAI, or railways) and large infrastructure developers.
- Competitor Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the physical and mechanical performance of rival steel brands in the market.
