Role & responsibilities

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Finance.
- Relevant experience of 4-5 years, including 1-2 years of team-handling experience.
- Experience managing a Credit Control or collections team, SLAs, performance metrics and stakeholder escalations.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, performance reviews, resource planning, quality monitoring and process improvement.
