Hiring: Team Lead Canada Tax

Company - MNC, Financial Consultancy

5+ years of experience in Any taxation and accounts.

Team handling experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Manage client communication, engagements, quality & TAT

Review tax calculations and ensure quality deliverables

Lead, mentor and manage the Canada Tax team

Handle day-to-day offshore tax operations

Manage live tax seasons for India/US/UK/Canada

Experience with personal tax returns

Knowledge of Taxprep/Profile is desirable

Excellent communication and team management skills

Work Mode: Work from Office(Andheri, Mumbai)

CTC - 8 lpa

5 days in a week*

Note -

Candidates should have experience in GST, TDS filing and Indian taxation.

100150+ tax return filings** experience is required.

Corporate Tax experience is preferred/required.

2. Educational Qualification

- CA Inter candidates can be considered.
- CA Dropout candidates can also be considered.
- Candidates with CA Firm experience can be considered.

Commerce background candidates can be considered.

3. Job Location & Working Days

Work from Office

- Location: Andheri Mumbai




- Working Days: Monday to Friday

4. Shift Timings – W

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM – applicable until April 2027**

- After April 2027:

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or

12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

5.Shift Timings – M

1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or

2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

6. Team Handling

- Minimum 4–10 team members handling experience is required.

7. Communication Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are mandatory.

8. Career Break

- Career gaps/breaks of 1–3 months can be considered.

9. CTC

- Budget: Up to 7 LPA
- Maximum CTC: 8.5 LPA for suitable candidates.

10. Notice Period

- 30–60 days notice period can be considered.
- Notice period is negotiable based on the candidate's profile and joining timeline.
