Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to manage Google Ads Operations teams, drive operational excellence, achieve client KPIs, and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and expertise in Digital Marketing/Google Ads support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Google Ads specialists.
- Manage team performance, productivity, SLA adherence, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, audits, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Drive team engagement, reduce attrition, and manage shrinkage effectively.
- Handle operational escalations, quality compliance, and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, absenteeism, and real-time staffing requirements.
- Conduct pre/post-shift huddles, weekly connects, and monthly 1:1s.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, Operations,
and Client stakeholders.
- Prepare and share performance reports, dashboards, and operational insights.

Eligibility
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of Team Leader experience in Google Ads Troubleshooting Operations
Alternative Profiles:
- 7+ years in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, MS Ads) with 3+ years as Team Leader
- 7+ years in Customer Support Operations with 4+ years as Team Leader
- Omni-channel experience (Voice, Chat & Email) preferred
