- Coordinate with Regional HR Heads, General Managers, Department Heads and Branch Managers to identify manpower requirements.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly recruitment plans based on approved manpower budgets.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all dealership functions.

- Ensure timely closure of replacement and additional manpower requirements.

- Prioritize critical and long-pending vacancies.

- Maintain a continuous talent pipeline for key positions.

- Develop sourcing strategies to recruit experienced automobile technicians and mechanics.

- Source skilled manpower from automobile workshops, authorized dealerships, independent garages and technical institutes.

- Explore recruitment opportunities in other states, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and North-East India.

- Coordinate technical assessments and practical skill evaluations.

- Build a database of experienced technicians for future requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
