- Lead and guide a team to achieve assigned business and recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with team members and support them in daily activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met.
- Attend virtual meetings, training programs, and certification sessions.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and processes.
- Promote the bank's financial products and services through digital platforms.
- Contribute to team growth and business expansion initiatives.

- Age: Above 35 years.
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
- Should be residing in Visakhapatnam.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated with leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently from home.
