We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader / Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, lead conversion, and revenue generation. Candidates with experience in selling business registration, taxation, legal, compliance, or financial services will be preferred. (immediate joiner required)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Drive sales of business and compliance solutions such as Company Registration, GST Registration, Trademark Registration, Income Tax Filing, ROC Compliance, and other regulatory services.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training to enhance team performance. Handle customer escalations, negotiate with key clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing,



and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance dashboards. Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Key skills

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Solid customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
