Role Description The Tax Reviewer – Business role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves reviewing business tax returns for accuracy and compliance, including federal, state, and local filings, and ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and supporting documents, identifying discrepancies or potential issues,



and providing guidance to preparers on necessary corrections.

The Tax

Reviewer will collaborate with team members to resolve complex tax matters, maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes, and support quality control processes and documentation standards. The role also includes communicating with internal stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and helping maintain high service delivery standards for international clients.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Tax Preparation, Tax Review, and Tax Law for business entities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret Financial Statements in a Finance and accounting context.
- Sound understanding of US business tax regulations; familiarity with Indian tax concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency with tax and accounting software, spreadsheets, and relevant office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in public accounting, BPO tax services, or business tax review is preferred.
