Talent Management & Recruitment Specialist. (Commensurate title would be aligned) (Location = Mumbai).
1. Candidate should be a (full time) Graduate + (full time) MBA degree holder from an AICTE / UGC recognized university.
2. Candidate should have at least 13 to 15 years of relevant (core) experience in Recruitment + L&D; + Talent management.
3. Candidate should have handled recruitment, L&D; and Talent management in the earlier organizations as hands on.
4. Candidate should be extremely proficient in English communication, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.
5. Candidate should have past experience with at least 2-3 MNCs. (**IT Companies)
