Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Recruit for roles such as Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Cloud Sales, Inside Sales, IT Infrastructure Sales, Shared Services, and Enterprise Sales.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely closures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills





- Prior experience in IT Sales recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Sales, Shared Services, and B2B Sales profiles.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
