Crack the Campus (a project of Net Ninja Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bengaluru.
You'll Do
✅ Manage full lifecycle recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles
✅ Source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and direct outreach
✅ Screen, interview, and coordinate rounds to reduce candidate drop-offs
✅ Track metrics in ATS/Excel and collaborate directly with hiring managers
What Were Looking For
1–2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (Tech & Non-Tech)
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
Location: Singasandra, Bangalore
Schedule: 5-Day Workweek (Full-time)
