- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Technical, CRE, and Corporate roles.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.

- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates.

- Coordinate salary negotiations and offer rollouts after approval.

- Manage joining formalities, KYC documentation, and background verification.

- Coordinate with IT and other departments for new joiner requirements and induction.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and hiring MIS reports.

- Ensure timely vacancy closure and smooth onboarding of current employees.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.

- Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
