Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, the ability to handle multiple requirements, and experience in hiring for sales and non-sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
- Drive bulk and volume hiring for sales and business development roles.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined hiring timelines.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview reports and MIS.
- Conduct pre-joining follow-ups to minimize candidate dropouts.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth joining and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.

- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on timely closures.
- Valuable coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
