Looking for recruitment professionals to handle international hiring across GCC/Middle East countries and Pan India domestic recruitment, along with team management and recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle GCC/Middle East recruitment (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain).
- Manage Pan India recruitment across multiple industries.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening and closures.
- Handle client requirements, stakeholder coordination and candidate management.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and recruitment targets.
- Manage interviews, salary negotiations and offer closures.
Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in recruitment/staffing.
- Experience in international recruitment, especially GCC/Middle East.
- Exposure to Pan India domestic recruitment.
- Team handling or team leadership experience preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
