We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our agile HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs,
job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operations.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and employment market conditions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and overall HR effectiveness.
