FOR TABLEAU & SAP BO, BODS ADMIN PROFILE:

1. Having around 3-4 years of Professional IT experience in Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau & SAP BO

2. As a Tableau Administrator, specializing in Server Worker Nodes Installation & Configuration. Setting up Tableau Primary and Worker Nodes (drivers, patches, command line utilities, etc.)

3. Experience in Tableau Upgradation (2022.x, 2023.x ) and Maintenance.

4. Involved in Tableau Upgradations and Setting up environment. Experience in the maintenance and scheduling of Tableau Data extracts using Tableau server and the Tableau Command utility.

5. Good Experience in Installation, configuration, creation of sites, projects, groups, users, maintaining security levels, user permissions, workbook deployments and administration of the Tableau Server. Experience in Using Tableau Command Utilities.

6. Published the dashboard reports to Tableau Server for navigating the developed dashboards in web. Extensively used TSM commands in creating backups and restoring backups of Tableau repository. Experience in setting up the cluster Environment in Tableau.

7. Worked with vendors on troubleshooting product defects and customer issues related to the product(s).

8. Knowledge of Tableau Repository, TABCMD and TABADMIN commands.

9. Hands on experience on SSL certificates & SSO SAML configurations for Tableau & SAP BO.

11. Experience in SAP BO & BODS Upgradation (SAP 4.2 to 4.3 & further) and Maintenance.

12. Manage and administer the Business Objects setting, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.

13. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system monitoring, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

14. Tracking, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of End User incidents and Vulnerability tickets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand issues reported while at the same time work on routine maintenance activities.

15. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and upgrade procedures.

16. Provide technical support to end-users by resolving issues related to report scheduling, data connectivity, etc. Hands on experience on making the server DB connection changes and converting the SQL account to the Service Account for BO reports.

17. Promotion of reports/universes/users along with security settings from lower to higherlevel environments following Change Management processes
