We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and end-user support at our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
- Handle installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
- Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and network connectivity.
- Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, user access and IT asset management.
- Ensure regular data backups, disaster recovery and system security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and server-related issues.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to plant users and resolve IT-related incidents.




- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, software licenses and compliance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure in a manufacturing plant workplace.

- Windows Server Administration and Active Directory.
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN.
- Firewall, switches, routers and endpoint security.
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook Administration.
- Hardware and Desktop Support.
- Backup Management and IT Security.
- IT Asset and Vendor Management.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

48 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure / Network Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
