Job Summary CCTV Security Control Monitoring with live feed supervision, incident detection, control room operations, and responsibility for reporting, incident response, audit and operational support, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

- CCTV Security Control Monitoring
- Live Feed Supervision: Continuously monitor live CCTV video feeds across facility perimeters, access points, shop floors, inventory stores, and restricted areas.
- Incident Detection: Identify unauthorized access, safety violations, suspicious behavior, theft, vandalism, or operational protocol breaches immediately.
- Control Room Operations: Operate pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras, video management systems (VMS), alarm panels, and access control logs.
- Reporting Incident Response
- Real-time Alerting: Promptly report active incidents or safety threats to floor security supervisors, facility managers, or local law enforcement as required.

- Audit Operational Support

- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on camera health, recording servers, power backups, and monitors; report hardware failures to the IT/Maintenance team immediately.
