REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The Senior Support Recruiter will lead end-to-end sourcing and initial screening for assigned vacancies within a consulting portfolio in Bangalore, ensuring a steady and high-quality candidate flow. This role emphasizes proactive pipeline development, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across interview processes to support timely hiring outcomes.

Description

- Level 3 (3-6 Yrs) experience in technology recruitment.
- Solid sourcing, screening, and candidate-engagement skills.
- Working understanding of common IT and digital skill sets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Target-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with recruitment metrics.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals,



LinkedIn/professional networks, databases, referrals, and direct search.
- Conduct initial candidate screening covering skills, relevant experience, compensation, notice period, location, and motivation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for assigned technology skill areas.
- Prepare quality candidate profiles for Lead Recruiter/hiring-manager review.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers/ATS data and monitor vacancy ageing and pipeline movement.
- Support offer follow-ups, notice-period engagement, and candidate joining.
- Flag sourcing challenges and potential delivery risks early.
