We are looking for experienced professionals in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory/Material Planning and New Product Introduction (NPI) to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have robust domain knowledge in supply chain management, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, material planning and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute supply planning and demand planning activities.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support business requirements.
- Perform inventory and material planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain operations.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product launches.
- Monitor material availability, inventory levels and supply-demand gaps.
- Drive planning process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support PMO activities and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives.
- Identify potential supply risks and work on mitigation plans.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–15 years in relevant supply chain/planning domains.
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Preferred location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Candidates open to relocation may also be considered on a case-to-case basis.
- Immediate joiners to candidates with 30 days' notice preferred.

Work Details
- Location: Mumbai MDC7
- Shift: US Shift
- Work Arrangement: Work From Office
- Cab Facility: Available for eligible grades CL10 to CL11.

Compensation Details 10–15 Years15.39 LPA – 23.70 LPA

8–10 Years10.97 LPA – 16.81 LPA

Compensation will be as per experience, skills and applicable internal compensation structure.

Interview Process

- CL8 & CL9: Technical/Skills Round + Final Round.
- CL10 and below: Technical/Skills Round only.
