Responsibilities

- Manage and support budget planning and forecast adjustments, and integrate the budget with systems so that every purchase links to the financial plan.
- Ensuring spends are accurate and mapped each transaction to the right budget, project, cost center and GL.
- Knowledge of GL structures and the accounting treatment of spend, including prepaid expenses and asset vs. non-asset classification.
- Partner with Finance to track and analyze actual expenses against budget and forecast, and reconcile differences with internal IBE teams.
- Prepare variance reports that explain the reason for each variance and give the anticipated future cost.
- Support on plans, reports, and metrics, and maintain the policies, procedures and quality of our processes.
- Work with the Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Supplier, Contracts teams to fix issues and keep the end-to-end process running smoothly.
- Maintain spend analytics tools and enrich the data so spend is categorized better.
- Ensuring data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Supporting ad-hoc requests related to budget planning and forecast adjustments.

Basic Qualifications B.S./ B.B.M/ M.B.A. / B.E. in Supply chain background or in technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience in Budget planning, Financial planning,



procure to pay operations for Data Centre Supply chain sourcing / procurement/ asset management in product Industry

Preferred Qualifications

Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills + experience in Power BI reporting or any other BI reporting

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, ERP systems Oracle/ Coupa/ Zip /Service Now /Jira & others

Working knowledge of financial concepts such as capital & operational expenses, depreciation & amortization, accrual, fixed assets, cost center, chart of accounts, inventory function etc.

General knowledge of procure-to-pay process purchase requisition & order, pricing & quotes, invoice & payments

Ability to drive change with process improvement and required system definition

Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies such as datacenter, network, system, storage, voice & video, end-user computing, and enterprise IT systems

Solid customer relationship management

Experience in operating within large, complex environments, with a firm knowledge of organizational dynamics

Analytical, organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage time well

Able to work independently, under pressure and supporting different time zones

Ability to work with remote teams in a global organization & Be a good Team player
