- Having should knowledge of commodities like (Forging, Sheet
Metal,Machining,PDC Castings,Rubber & Plastic)
- Provide technical knowledge supplier Quality engineering support on current
product development NPD & VA/VE Projects.
- Ability to interact with Suppliers, interpret and convert their requirements into
technical details.
- Knowledge in (8D Methodology), able to break down a big problem into small
pieces helping to fix it.
- Knowledge of Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Having Knowledge in Supplier Audit
- Bottom Vendor Problem Analysis, Improvement & Up gradation.
