Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Management &
- Conversion:

Handle incoming phone calls, web leads, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly, and conduct outbound follow-up calls and messages to convert prospects into admissions.

- Counseling &

- Guidance:

Educate students and parents on programs, eligibility criteria, career scopes, fee structures, scholarship schemes, and refund policies.

- Campus Visits &

- Tours:

Coordinate and lead campus tours, online counseling sessions, or virtual information meetings for prospective families.

- Application Processing: Assist candidates with filling out application forms, review submitted academic credentials, and verify required documents (such as mark sheets, transfer certificates, and ID proofs).

- Interviews &

- Testing:





Schedule entrance examinations, panel interactions, or faculty interviews, and communicate results to families.

- CRM &

- Data Maintenance:

Log all student interactions, track pipeline status daily/weekly in the CRM or ERP system, and generate enrollment conversion reports.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the accounts, academics, and marketing teams regarding fee receipts, scholarship approvals, and seat confirmations

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
