We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Student Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for student engagement, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update all enquiry details in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team performance.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic and other internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in education counselling, sales, or admissions will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
