Role Description The Store Executive role at CPI TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Store

Executive is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of instruments and components. The role includes coordinating with production and sales teams to meet material requirements, performing regular stock checks, and updating inventory systems.

Executive also supports basic customer and internal stakeholder queries related to store operations, adheres to safety and quality standards, and assists in documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support smooth store operations.
- Experience in Engineering store management, including handling inventory, stock movement, and basic documentation.
- Sales and Commerce knowledge to understand product flow, billing, and coordination with sales and accounts teams.
- Attention to detail, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Tally software), and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage, especially with technical products.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage physical stock handling, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Minimum educational qualification in commerce, business, or a related field; relevant store or inventory certifications are a plus.
