Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Position: Stock Market Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Stock Market Manager to lead and manage our financial market training and business development activities in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting stock market courses and coordinating training programmes.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee stock market training and business development operations in Bengaluru.

- Identify potential clients, investors, students and institutional customers.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote stock market courses, including Equity Research, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives and Currency Derivatives.
- Develop relationships with stockbrokers, financial institutions, colleges and corporate organisations.
- Build and manage a team of business development executives and training consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and financial market awareness programmes.
- Coordinate webinars, seminars and offline and online training programmes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Explore strategic partnerships with stockbroking firms and financial market organisations.




- Prepare regular business development reports and provide updates to management.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.

- Relevant certifications such as NISM will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Indian stock market, equity markets and derivatives.
- Previous experience in stockbroking, financial services, financial market training or business development is preferred.

Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong sales, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in stock markets, financial services, stockbroking or business development preferred.
