- Ensure all required licenses and approvals are obtained on time for setting up CNG, CBG, LNG facilities, Convenience Stores, MDU, QLC, Solar and other facilities at Retail Outlets.
- Coordinate with Head Office (HO), State teams and other stakeholders to speed up the approval process.
- Obtain all necessary licenses and approvals before and after opening the facilities to the public, within the given timelines.
- Ensure there are no incidents or issues related to license and compliance requirements in the Region.
- Manage all licenses and compliance-related activities with the support of internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), State Coordinating Officers (SCOs) and State teams.
- Guide SCOs, State teams and consultants to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
- Visit and coordinate with concerned PESO offices to represent cases and speed up pending approvals.
- Regularly monitor the status of all applications, approvals and clearances.
- Ensure regular MIS (progress reports) are submitted by Program Managers.
- Ensure all statutory approvals are completed within the prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick decisions on statutory approval matters.
- Identify and resolve approval-related issues by coordinating with the concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure timely payments to Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) engaged for obtaining statutory approvals.
Qualifications :
- Necessary : BE / B.Tech
- Desired: MBA – Marketing background.
Experience Required
- Necessary : Minimum 5 years’ experience in CGD company related to Business / Network Development / Channel Management.
- Desired :Exposure to Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Activities.
