As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical support, and nursing service delivery.
A. Nursing Care Delivery
- Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established healthcare standards.
- Assist in monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to supervisors.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care and treatment procedures.
B. Patient Care & Quality Assurance
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain medication safety and follow clinical care standards.
C. Field Support & Skilled Procedures
- Perform nursing procedures and clinical interventions when required.
- Provide in office supervision and patient support within the 7 km operational radius (self-driving may be required).

Training & Professional Development
- Participate in internal training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
- Stay updated with current healthcare practices and nursing protocols.
E. Compliance & Qualified Conduct
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients, families, and team members.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
