Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and skilled ICU Nurses to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient monitoring skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and other life-support equipment.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain ICU hygiene and safety standards.




- Monitor patients' conditions and immediately report any changes to the treating doctors.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and ICU instruments.
- Provide emotional support and communicate appropriately with patients' attendants.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- 2–15 years of relevant nursing experience.
- ICU experience is preferred.
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of critical care nursing procedures and emergency management.
- Ability to operate ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and other ICU equipment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
