1. Main Objective of the Position (Please list the main objective in one sentence)

Ensure the processes of analysis, calculation, system upload and sending information to the different stakeholders regarding employee compensation.

2. Main Tasks (Please list the main five to maximum eight tasks)

- Receive premises for calculating the Collective Agreements, perform the calculations and load into SAP.
- Send Promotion Letters and raises to employee leaders.
- Perform the massive upload of employees eligible for salary increase and then send the letters to the corresponding leaders.
- Calculate the advance and final payment of PPR (Participation Program Results), send for validation and send to the payroll team for payment.
- Calculate the variable remunerations established for each group of collaborators (PIC, SIP) sending for validation and finally for Payroll.
- Prepare, calculate, and send to leaders the Jubilee letters (anniversary) of the corresponding collaborators.
- Generate salary incidents and send to the payroll team (e.g., special and differentiated cities, transfer policy, among others)
- Participate in audits and FRC processes by providing the requested evidence.




- Analyze and calculate salary incidents in case of separations.
- Lead the PPR Election process together with the support of various stakeholders of the organization.

4. Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position

- Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related
- Working Experience: 5-8 years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably in Payroll or Compensation
- Language skills: Advanced in Portuguese. Spanish and English intermediate.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate ability to analyze data, intermediate knowledge of labor regulations related to compensation.
- Soft Skills: Customer support and attention to detail.
