About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled SS Fabricator who has practical knowledge of manufacturing stainless steel display counters, refrigerated display counters, and commercial kitchen equipment. The candidate must be capable of handling fabrication, welding, bending, glass fitting, and basic refrigeration system installation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Display Counter Manufacturing

- Fabricate stainless steel display counters and commercial food display units.
- Perform SS sheet cutting, bending, shaping, grinding, and welding.
- Handle glass fitting and installation using suitable adhesives and sealants.
- Install and assemble compressor units for refrigerated display counters.
- Perform copper pipe fitting, brazing/soldering, and connections for the cooling system.
- Understand basic refrigeration systems and cooling section assembly.
- Ensure proper finishing, alignment, fitting, and quality of the finished product.

2. Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing

- Manufacture stainless steel kitchen equipment, including:
- SS Kitchen Sinks (18 Gauge).
- Indian and Chinese Commercial Gas Burners.




- Stainless Steel Working Tables.
- Commercial Kitchen Platforms.
- Storage Racks and Shelves.
- Food Preparation Counters.
- Other customised commercial kitchen equipment.
- Work with SS 304/SS 302 or other specified stainless steel grades as per project requirements.
- Understand fabrication drawings, measurements, and equipment dimensions.
- Perform TIG/MIG welding and other relevant fabrication processes.

3. Workshop & Production

- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely.
- Maintain accuracy in measurements, cutting, bending, and assembly.
- Ensure product quality and timely completion of manufacturing work.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.

Required Skills & Experience
- Practical experience in stainless steel fabrication.
- Valuable knowledge of stainless steel welding.
- Knowledge of SS sheet cutting, bending, and shaping.
- Experience in glass fitting and adhesive application.
- Knowledge of compressor installation and copper pipe soldering/brazing for refrigerated display counters.
- Experience in manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment.

Ph-(phone hidden) Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
