Role Description The Sr Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site role based at the Shiv Autowings Mahindra showroom in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable Mahindra vehicles, and providing detailed product demonstrations.

The Sr Sales

Consultant will prepare and explain quotations, financing options, and offers, coordinate test drives, and support customers through booking, documentation, and delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining follow-ups with prospective buyers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, updating CRM records,



and collaborating with the sales and service teams to meet individual and showroom sales targets. The role also includes staying updated on product features, pricing, and promotions, as well as participating in local marketing or customer engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain product features, pricing, and financing options.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced showroom environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM tools for recording leads and tracking customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
