- Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage HR documentation, audits, and labour law compliance.
- Oversee HR operations across departments and retail outlets.
- Robust knowledge of HR practices in the jewellery industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
