Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Catalog Executive to manage end-to-end product catalog operations for the marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for product data management, catalog quality, bulk uploads, SKU mapping, vendor coordination and ensuring accurate and consistent product information across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product catalog creation, maintenance and optimisation.
- Handle product onboarding, SKU creation, product mapping and categorisation.
- Manage product attributes, variants, descriptions, specifications, images and pricing information.
- Coordinate with vendors to collect, validate and update product-related information.




- Execute bulk product uploads, updates and catalog maintenance using Excel/CSV templates.
- Ensure product data accuracy, completeness and consistency across the marketplace.
- Conduct regular catalog audits and resolve data discrepancies and listing errors.
- Manage product information through PIM, ERP or e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product content, image editing, pricing and inventory updates.
- Develop and maintain catalog templates, SOPs and quality-check processes.
- Monitor catalog performance and identify opportunities to improve product discoverability and listing quality.
- Ensure timely completion of catalog onboarding and update activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid experience in e-commerce catalog management and product information management (PIM).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, CSV handling and bulk upload processes.
- Understanding of SKU management, product attributes, variants and category mapping.
- Experience with catalog management tools, ERP or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving and quality-control skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple catalog projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in dental, medical or healthcare product cataloguing will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 27 years of relevant experience in e-commerce catalog or PIM operations.
