Company Description Proactive Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary pediatric facility focused on supporting children’s developmental milestones. The center offers a range of services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Autism and Behavior Management Interventions, and Play Therapy. Additional programs address gross and fine motor skills, social skills, sensory integration, neuro-developmental treatment, and feeding therapy.

Parental involvement and guided support are central to the center’s approach, creating a collaborative workplace for children and families seeking early intervention and ongoing developmental care.

Role Description The Special Education Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves planning and delivering individualized education programs for children with diverse learning needs, aligning instruction with developmental goals and therapeutic interventions. The teacher will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, behavior specialists, and families to support holistic progress.

Daily tasks include assessing student abilities, adapting curriculum and classroom materials, conducting one-on-one and small group sessions,



maintaining accurate progress records, and participating in family meetings and case reviews. The role also includes creating supportive, inclusive learning environments and contributing to interdisciplinary program development within the center.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Special Education and experience working with children with Disabilities.
- Demonstrated Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and individualized instruction.
- Experience teaching Middle School–aged children or similar age groups in inclusive or specialized settings.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in special education are preferred.
- Experience with autism intervention, behavior management, and individualized education plans (IEPs) or equivalent documentation.
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
