Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spare Parts Executive role based in Tirur.

The Spare Parts

Executive will manage ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing automobile spare parts, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely availability for the service and sales teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock records, updating inventory systems, checking parts compatibility, and coordinating with workshops and customer-facing staff to meet operational needs. The role involves interacting with suppliers and logistics partners, preparing basic reports on stock movement, and supporting periodic audits.





The Spare Parts

Executive will also assist customers and internal teams in identifying the correct parts, maintaining organized storage areas, and adhering to the company’s standards of transparency, trust, and customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, basic mechanical understanding, and familiarity with dealership or workshop environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, stock control, and use of spare parts or warehouse management software.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, customer service, and coordination with service advisors, technicians, and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess skills in data entry, record-keeping, and basic MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work accurately in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical or automotive-related qualification or diploma is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in spare parts management, automotive retail, or service operations is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
