Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the spare parts department.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Handle spare parts ordering, procurement, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure proper storage, billing, and documentation of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the service and sales departments to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Control inventory costs and minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Lead, guide, and supervise the spare parts team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream;




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spare parts management.
- Valuable knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of DMS, Excel, and inventory management systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
